Ganoderma lucidum, also known as reishi or língzhī, is often associated with longevity and inner peace in Eastern cultures.
It is one of the so-called adaptogenic fungi, which help the body to adapt more easily to physical, emotional and environmental stresses. Adaptogens are substances that are considered,
to support the body’s natural processes.
Ganoderma contains over 400 active compounds. Numeerous scientific studies confirm that, in particular, polysaccharides and triterpenes, in particular support
the immune system.
Ganoderma lucidum has historically been part of traditional Asian diets throughout history (in decoctions and teas) and is considered one of the most highly valued traditional medicinal mushrooms.

The following sequence of use is recommended:

Usage and recommended daily dose
The“Detox” bundle combines 2 x Galimmun® powder (150 g + 75 g) and 1 x Ganoderma lucidum tincture – (50 ml).
The following sequence of use is recommended:
🍄🟫 5 – 6 weeks take Galimmun® powder – 1 teaspoonful 1 -2 times a day after meals with some liquid.
⌛️ followed by a 7-14 day break,
💧 Continue taking Ganoderema lucidum tincture – 15 drops daily, diluted in water, tea or juice, preferably at least half an hour after eating – for 5 – 6 weeks.
Shake before use.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
