There are 4 payment methods available to customers in the online store:


  • Payment by pro forma invoice: the pro forma invoice is sent to the buyer’s email address. The deadline for payment of the issued pro forma invoice is 8 days. In the event that the buyer is late with payment within the scheduled deadline, he must first check with the provider whether he can still pay the purchase price according to the issued pro forma invoice or whether he must place a new order. When making payment, the buyer provides the payment information shown on the pro forma invoice.

  • Cash on delivery: the buyer pays the purchase price with cash or card to the delivery service upon receipt of the goods.

  • Payment with credit cards via the Stripe payment system: payment is possible with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. After placing the order, the buyer is redirected to the Bankart payment system.

  • Payment via Paypal: after placing an order, the buyer is redirected to the Paypal payment system.

Ordered products will be shipped after payment has been received. The goods remain the property of MycoMedica d.o.o. until final payment is received.
