V tem obdobju sem bila pod rednim zdravniškim nadzorom in sem nadaljevala z vsemi predpisanimi terapijami.
Obdobja okrevanja sem preživljala na svoj način in v skladu z zdravniškimi priporočili.

Moja mama je stara 57 let in je pod rednim specialističnim zdravniškim nadzorom zaradi zdravstvenega stanja, povezanega s krvno sliko. Približno pred enim letom so jo napotili na Hematološki oddelek v Celjski bolnišnici. Na pregled je čakala mesec dni. V tem času sem začela raziskovati različne informacije o Ganodermi.
Po posvetu smo se odločili, da Ganodermo in mešanico zdravilnih gob vključimo v njeno vsakodnevno rutino kot prehransko dopolnilo.
Zdravstveno stanje se spremlja na rednih kontrolnih pregledih pri specialistih.

Po priporočilu sem tri mesece uporabljala medicinske gobe MycoMix ONCA v okviru svoje vsakodnevne rutine, v obdobju, ko sem bila tudi pod zdravniško obravnavo in kemoterapijo.

In principle, medicinal mushroom products are not sensitive to sunlight. It is more important to keep them in a cool, dry place. A dark bottle definitely helps to preserve the quality of the products.
It is recommended to consume medicinal mushroom preparations for about three weeks twice a year. Longer periods of use are recommended for more prolonged problems, but with short breaks of a few days, which should be prolonged as the problem begins to subside. The purpose of medicinal mushroom preparations is not to be taken continuously but only as a kind of support.
In principle, there are no known contraindications in such cases. In any case, it is not advisable to take several food supplements at the same time, as this puts too much strain on the organism and may cause nausea. We suggest that you always take a break of at least two hours between taking two food supplements. We advise against taking vitamin C in addition to medicinal mushroom products.
Allergic reactions to mushroom-based preparations are rare. With long-term use of higher doses, more sensitive individuals may occasionally experience a mild skin reaction, such as itching, which usually resolves upon discontinuation of use or a reduction in dosage.
Products in powdered form made from medicinal mushrooms differ from extracts primarily in their method of preparation and consequently in their composition. Each form has its own advantages.
At MycoMedica d.o.o., mushroom powder is obtained using low-temperature drying in order to preserve as broad a spectrum of bioactive compounds as possible, including those that are more heat-sensitive or insoluble, which could otherwise be lost or altered during the extraction process.
The powdered products therefore contain a highly comprehensively preserved mushroom biomass. In general, the body needs to invest more energy in the breakdown and absorption of powders; however, this form retains a broader spectrum of naturally occurring constituents.
Extracts are obtained from fresh mushroom material, as it contains protein and enzyme components that can be efficiently extracted using a suitably optimised process.
The process includes cold and hot water extraction as well as ethanol extraction across a wide concentration range. Through percolation – a process in which the solvent passes in a controlled and gradual manner through the mushroom material – we ensure an optimal extraction of a broad spectrum of naturally occurring water- and alcohol-soluble compounds from the biomass.
Through water extraction, water-soluble compounds are extracted from the mushroom cells, while ethanol extraction yields alcohol-soluble compounds. The extract is then concentrated at low temperatures and under reduced pressure, which reduces the risk of changes in thermolabile components.
