Delivery is carried out by GLS or another carrier at the choice of the provider, to the desired address of the buyer or to a parcel locker.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer when placing the order.

The shipping costs are displayed and calculated before completing the purchase of the selected products in the basket and depend on the value of the order:

• For orders up to 75 EUR, the shipping fee is 5.00 EUR (in Slovenia),
• For orders over 75 EUR, the shipping fee is free (in Slovenia).

For products in stock, the order dispatch time is usually 2 – 7 working days after receipt of payment.

The stock of products is visible on the website. In the event of any incorrect information about the stock status, the provider will inform the buyer by e-mail or by phone about the expected delivery time. In the event that the provider cannot ensure delivery to the buyer within 14 working days, the buyer may withdraw from the contract free of charge.
