Delivery is carried out by GLS or another carrier chosen by the provider, either to the buyer’s specified address or to a parcel locker.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer when placing the order.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before checkout and depend on the order value and destination country.

For products in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 2–7 working days after payment has been received.

Product availability is displayed on the website. In the event of incorrect stock information, the provider will notify the buyer by e-mail or telephone regarding the expected delivery time.

If the provider is unable to deliver the products within 14 working days, the buyer may withdraw from the contract free of charge.
