Your tasks

• Mixing, transferring and preparing the fungal substrate as instructed by the manager.
• Accurate data entry in production record tables.
• Maintaining a clean workspace and hygiene standards.
• Work in clean/sterile production areas.
• Monitoring and control of HACCP processes in production.
• Carrying out other tasks as directed by the Head.

We are looking for candidates who

• They have a secondary education.
• They are responsible, independent and meticulous.
• They look for opportunities to work on their own initiative and have a desire to learn continuously.
• Have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, Google).
• Knowledge of English is desirable.
